Attorney review required

This notice was drafted by the developer to describe accurately what this website actually does. It is a factual description, not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It should be reviewed before it is relied upon for compliance with any specific regulation.

The short version

This site has no user accounts, no login, and no database. We collect what you type into the project intake form, plus anonymous usage measurement. That is all.

Information you send us

When you submit the project intake form, we receive the fields you completed: your name, email address, and the details you provided about your company, project, and situation.

This is delivered to BrightPocket Software as an email so we can respond. It is used to reply to your inquiry and to assess whether we can help. It is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or added to a marketing list.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time and we will.

What we deliberately do not collect

The intake form contains no field for a password, API key, access token, or any other credential, and it asks you not to send them. Free-text fields are additionally screened for content that looks like a credential, and submissions containing one are rejected rather than stored, with an explanation.

If you need to give us access to a system, that happens later through a secure channel appropriate to the system — never through a public web form.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are read and which calls to action are used. It is cookie-free and does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.

We measure aggregate page views and specific interaction events — for example, that a button was clicked or that the intake form was started. We do not attach these to your identity, because we do not have it.

Hosting and processing

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard technical request information such as IP address in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. Form submissions are transmitted through an email delivery provider.

Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit form submissions. It is not stored alongside your inquiry.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is nothing to consent to and no banner, because there is nothing being done that requires one.

Contact

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us through the project intake form and say so. We will action it.
