These terms cover use of this website. They do not replace the written agreement for any engagement — where the two differ, the engagement agreement controls.
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in effect.
What this website is
This is the marketing website of BrightPocket Software. It describes services that are available and how they work.
Information is not an offer or a guarantee
Prices shown are founding prices and are indicative. They may change, and the price for your engagement is the one quoted to you in writing.
Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a warranty about your software, a guarantee of any outcome, or a promise that any application will be free of defects, approved by a third party, or successful at launch.
Engagements are governed by their own agreement
Any work we do for you is governed by the scope, acceptance criteria, exclusions, and terms agreed in writing for that specific engagement. Where those conflict with anything on this website, the engagement agreement controls.
Case studies and demonstrations
Work labelled Demonstration Case Study is BrightPocket Software’s own work, produced to demonstrate method. It is not client work, no customer paid for it, and no customer data appears in it.
Any future client case study will be published only with that client’s explicit permission and will be clearly identified as client work.
Submissions
Do not submit credentials, confidential source code, regulated data, or third-party customer records through the intake form. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share whatever you send, and for not sending what you should not.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, a confidentiality obligation beyond ordinary professional discretion, or an obligation on either side to proceed.
Content ownership
The content, branding, and design of this site belong to BrightPocket Software. You may link to it and quote it with attribution.
