Bounded work, priced before it starts

Six engagements, one shape. Each has a written scope, explicit exclusions, and a definition of done agreed before any code changes.

Where to start

Pick by situation, not by service name

Most people arrive knowing the symptom rather than the remedy. These are the three situations that account for nearly every enquiry.

  1. Something is wrong and nobody can explain why

Errors that come back, behaviour that changes between environments, or a build that passes while something is clearly broken.

    Start with Rescue Triage

  2. It appears to work, and real users are next

You need an outside opinion on whether it is genuinely safe to put in front of paying customers — and what has to be true first if it is not.

    Start with Launch Readiness Review

  3. You already know what is wrong and want it repaired

A diagnosis exists, from us or from someone else, and you want the findings that matter actually fixed and proven.

Start with Focused App Recovery Sprint

If none of those quite fit

Say so in your own words on the contact page. Part of the job is telling you which of these you actually need — including when the answer is none of them.

What every engagement has in common

The same commitments, whichever one you pick

  • A written scope with explicit exclusions, agreed before work begins
  • A price agreed up front — no open-ended hourly meter
  • Acceptance criteria, so "done" is not a matter of opinion
  • Verification in a real environment, not only on a developer machine
  • Handoff documentation written for whoever maintains it next
  • An honest answer when a cheaper option, or no engagement at all, is the right call

What we do not sell

No “fix my whole app” retainers, no fixed price against an undefined scope, and no “we build anything.” An agency that accepts every project has to price for the ones that go wrong, and that premium is paid by the clients whose projects go well.

Founding prices are provisional and will change as the practice establishes itself. What is quoted to you is what you pay.

Not sure which one applies?

Describe the situation in plain terms. If this is not the right fit, we will say so and point you at what is.
