After the work lands
Stewardship
Software does not stay fixed on its own. Stewardship is how BrightPocket keeps looking after what it has already delivered — technically first, and only then commercially.
Stewardship follows an engagement
These are continuation services, not entry points. We look after software and sites we built, or have completed a paid assessment of, because maintaining a system nobody has examined is a promise we cannot keep honestly.
What we offer

- What it includes
- Continuous technical care of software we know
- Three monthly tiers scaled to the surface being looked after

- Not included
- A first purchase — it follows a completed engagement
- Marketing and growth work, which is a separate pathway

- A written read on whether ongoing growth work is worth it yet
- Credited toward the Launch-to-Growth setup fee if service begins within 30 days

- Implementation of anything the audit finds
- Any guarantee of acceptance into the founding programme
- Any traffic, ranking or revenue promise

- Distribution add-on — email and controlled social distribution, +$525 / month
- Experiment add-on — one monthly growth experiment, +$325 / month
- Complete configuration — $2,895 / month
- Not included
- Advertising campaigns and paid media
- Guaranteed traffic, rankings, leads or revenue
- An autonomous marketing agent — every action is human-supervised
- A general marketing agency relationship
- Terms
- Monthly, with optional add-ons
- Minimum commitment

- Setup
- $950 setup, charged separately. It covers onboarding and baseline configuration.
- Before we start
- Post-launch and eligibility-gated, by fit review. Founding availability is limited to three clients.
Where the higher-touch work lives
Website Care is deliberately narrow — a monthly health review, not a content service. Anything beyond it belongs inside Technical Stewardship rather than a second overlapping plan.
Broader website assistance
Automation monitoring and repair
Launch-to-Growth, stated plainly
Once your product works and is ready to launch, BrightPocket can help maintain the website, search foundation, product messaging, founder content, analytics, and the ongoing experiments needed to keep learning and improving.
It is a core service with optional add-ons, so you pay for the parts you actually want: search and analytics maintenance as the core, with content, distribution and monthly experiments available on top.
What this is not
This is not a general marketing agency, an advertising service, or an autonomous marketing agent. Every action is human-supervised, and nothing here promises traffic, rankings, leads or revenue.
It is new. Founding availability is limited to three clients while we learn what it genuinely takes to deliver, and a Growth Readiness Audit is the honest way to find out whether it would help you yet.
Not sure which fits?
Tell us what is actually happening and we will say which of these is the right next step — or that none of them is.
